Wheatwine
This Wheatwine is a beer that my wife and I have made very even numbered year since 2000. It is a simple grain bill that accentuates the wheat, but leaves it somewhat like a barleywine. We have tried several yeasts, all with good results. Our recommendation would be to use the Cal Ale yeast or the Dry English Ale WLP007.
