2.0 lb (0.9 kg) dextrin malt
2.0 oz (56 g) Hallertau Hersbrucker pellet hops, 4.6% a.a. (60 min)
1.0 oz (28 g) Hallertau Hersbrucker pellet hops, 4.6% a.a. (1 min)
1.5 oz (42 g) Hallertau Hersbrucker pellet hops, 4.6% a.a. (0 min)
2 tsp. Irish moss (15 min)
Wyeast No. 2206 Bavarian Lager yeast (3500 mL starter)
Forced CO2 to carbonate
Original Specific Gravity: 1.048
Final Specific Gravity: 1.012
Boiling Time: 75 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 18 days at 50F (10C)
Secondary Fermentation: Transfer to keg and slowly drop temp to 35F (2C) over two weeks
Directions
Mash in at 142F (61C) and hold for 30 minutes. Raise to 152F (67C) and hold for 30 minutes. Mash out at 165F (64C) for 15 minutes.
