2 oz Carafa II Malt

28 gms Vanguard 5.0% AA FWH

28 gms Liberty 4.7% AA 30 minutes

28 gms Hersbrucker 4.4% AA 2 minutes

27 IBU's

Mash in at 130 F and slowly raise to 154 F over 75 minutes

Yeast: WLP 838 - So. German Lager Yeast

Ferment at 50 F for 14 days

Diacetyl Rest at 60 F for 3 days

Condition at 36 F for 3 weeks
