A nice malty beer with a hop nose and enough bitterness to balance the sweetness. The roasted character plays well with Northwest hops and Denny's 1450 accentuates the malt character.

| Mash for an hour at 153. Sparge and boil for an hour adding hops when directed. Cool to 60-70 degrees and pitch yeast. Keep fermentation temps under 70 for 3 weeks and bottle. |
