0.63    lb (286 g) 120L crystal malt

0.38    lb (172 g) light chocolate malt

0.25    lb (113 g) carafa special II

0.85    oz (24 g) E.K. Goldings pellet hops, 5% alpha acid, (60 min.)

Boiling Time: 90 minutes

 

Directions

Mash grain at 154° F (67° C) for 60 minutes. Mash out at 168° F (76° C) for 10 minutes.

"Cherry, currant, raisin...rich and fruity, good body."

"A nice beer. Perception is a bit hoppy in flavor. Fruitiness is a bit much."
