| Description of this Beer |
| A real American take on the witbier, this one is very citrus-forward. The yeast leaves a citrus note, the late hopping with Cascade hops leaves a citrusy note, and the use of fresh citrus peels in the boil adds a nice fresh citrus character that guarantees this one will not last long if you brew it in the summer (all the better, because this beer is FAR better fresh). |
