9% Munich Malt

7% Cane Sugar

1oz Special B

 1oz Vanguard, 4.4%AA, pellet, 60min

0.4oz Sterling, 6.2%AA, pellet, 60min

0.75 Sterling, 6.2%AA, pellet, 0min

1 Whirlfloc 15min

1/2tsp Wyeast Nutrient 15min

1/2 Campden tab for all water

 grew-up dregs from 750ml bottle of Ommegang Witte

 1500ml

 

Directions
Include mash temps/times, boil times, fermentation temps/duration, etc.

 mash 150F for 90min (fine grind 1oz Special B and sprinkle on top of mash after water stirred in)

1.5qt H20/1 lb grain - batch sparge

Boil 90min

Chill to 73F and pitched yeast (would not pitch this warm with WLP or WY)

Fermented 16days at 74F in better bottle

carbed to 3 vols
