Directions
Single infusion mash style, 150F for 60 mins. Whirlfloc tab used for fining. Fermented for 14 days at 64F, racked and fermented another 14 days at 64F. Racked again into Stranahan's Oak Whiskey Barrel and aged for one full year. Force carbonated to 2.4 volumes CO2.
