All Grain Recipe 10 Gallons

Final Specific Gravity: 1.025
Boil Time: 90 minutes

Ingredients

20.5 lbs Golden Promise
8.5 lbs Maris Otter
0.4 lbs Special Roast
2.5 lbs Crystal 20
0.4 lbs Chocolate Malt

5 lbs

Dextrine Malt

1.5 oz

Magnum Hops 12.5% a.a. (90 mins)

1 oz

East Kent Goldings 5% a.a. (30 mins)

Directions

Single infusion mash style, 150F for 60 mins. Whirlfloc tab used for fining. Fermented for 14 days at 64F, racked and fermented another 14 days at 64F. Racked again into Stranahan's Oak Whiskey Barrel and aged for one full year. Force carbonated to 2.4 volumes CO2.
