Ingredients

6 gal Sangiovese Grape Juice
16 lb Orange Blossom Honey
* 4 yeast packets

Directions

No boil, no mash, no extra water added. Yeast nutrients added with yeast. Ferment at 75F for 30 days, and racked for another 30 days at 75F in secondary.
