12 oz Carapils
2 oz Cascade Hops, 5.5% (60 min)
0.5 oz Willamette Hops, 5% (3 min)

Directions

Mash at 152F for 60 mins. Boil 60 mins. Ferment at 68F for 7 days, racked to secondary for another 7 days at 68F
