COMMENTS
The term Noble Hops referrs to four low-acid, high aroma varieties that orignated in central Europe. These are : Tettnanger, Hallertauer Mittelfrueh, Spalter, and Saaz. Three are from Germany and Saaz is from Bohemia and that is in the Czech Republic.
