This was my 19th atempt at cloning SNPA - since then I have dropped the dextrin malt, used Crystal 40oL instead of 60oL and split the bittering hops to 1/2 ounces Magnum and Perle each. Still, the recipe is solid and I am getting ready to brew my 50th iteration of this recipe for my 50th birthday in April.
