| Include mash temps/times, boil times, fermentation temps/duration, etc. |
| Single infusion, 150° for 90 minutes, Sparge with 170° to collect 6.5 gallons. Boil 90 minutes. Chill to 75° and pitch a liter of slurry (i used yeast from previous batch) active fermentation within 3 hours. When primary fermentation is complete, move fermenter to 60 degrees for 3 days. Rack to secondary with 3 oz of whole crystal hops, keep at 60 degrees. Bottle 3 weeks later. |
