Fermentables
Amount & Type of Fementable (grain, extract, sugar, fruit, etc.)
 8 lb. American 2-row
7 lb. Belgian pale
3 lb. American victory
.5 lb. 7.4 oz. Belgian CaraVienne

 

Hops
Amount & Type of Hops, %AA, pellet/whole/plug, time in boil/FWH/Dry Hop/Mash Hop

 0.96 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1.92 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
0.96 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1 oz. Chinook (aroma)

3 oz. Crystal (dry)

 

Other Ingredients
Amount & Type (herbs, spices, wood, finings, etc.), When/Where Added
 1/2 tsp irish moss 15 min

 

Yeast
Type of Yeast (e.g. Wyeast 1056, White Labs WLP001) Amount Pitched
 WL California Ale harvested from primary fermenter of previous batch, about 1L slurry  

 

Directions
Include mash temps/times, boil times, fermentation temps/duration, etc.
 Single infusion, 150° for 90 minutes, Sparge with 170° to collect 6.5 gallons. Boil 90 minutes. Chill to 75° and pitch a liter of slurry (i used yeast from previous batch) active fermentation within 3 hours. When primary fermentation is complete, move fermenter to 60 degrees for 3 days. Rack to secondary with 3 oz of whole crystal hops, keep at 60 degrees. Bottle 3 weeks later.
