Malt Beer

Malt Beer. (mohlt' beeyr')

Usually refers to nutritious malt beverages of very low alcohol content brewed originally for nursing mothers and children and now enjoyed by sportsmen and health-conscious people.  In France it is called biere de malt and in Germany malzbier.
