10.0    lb (4.54 kg) Maris Otter pale malt

7.0       lb (3.18 kg) pale malt

6.0       lb (2.72 kg) Munich malt

0.5       lb (227 g) dextrin malt

0.5       lb (227 g) caramel Vienna malt

0.5       lb (227 g) caramel Munich malt

1.0       oz (28 g) Columbus whole hops, (90 min.)

1.4       oz (40 g) Centennial/Warrior whole hops (60 min.)

1.0       oz (28 g) Amarillo whole hops (30 min.)

2.0       oz (56 g) Amarillo/Cascade whole hops (15 min.)

2.0       oz (56 g) Amarillo/Simcoe whole hops (5 min.)

2.0       oz (56 g) Simcoe/Cascade whole hops (0 min.)

2.0       oz (56 g) Simcoe/Amarillo/Cascade whole hops (dry)

Wyeast No. 1968 London ESB ale yeast (1 L starter)

 

Original Specific Gravity: 1.063

Final Specific Gravity: 1.015

Boiling Time: 90 minutes

Primary Fermentation: 7 days at 68° F (20° C) in steel

Secondary Fermentation: 7 days at 68° F (20° C) in steel

 

Directions

Mash grains at 153° F (67° C) for 90 minutes.
