Jenlain

Jenlain. (zhe~-lae~'*)

    A deep bronze-colored, fruity, apéritif beer brewed by top fermentation at the Brasserie Duyck in the northern French town of Jenlain, south of Valenciennes. It is full-bodied, of 20 °B, filtered but not pasteurized, and is sold in 75-centiliter champagnelike corked bottles.
