Directions
Mash at 154F for 60 minutes, mashout 168F for 15 minutes, and sparge with 168F water. Whirlfloc and wyeast nutrient used in boil. Fermented for 21 days at 68f, racked and fermented another 21 days at 68F. Oaked to taste in secondary. Force carbonated to 2.5 volumes CO2.
