| Very complex flavor. There's a lot of stuff going on with this one! Nicely hopped, roasted barley and chocolate malt meld nicely to create a nicely layered stout with thick flavors and a clean finish. |

Mash @ 151-152 for 90 minutes Collect enough wort for a 90 minute boil. Start adding hops at 60 minutes. Pitch @ 68 degrees. Ferment @ 68 or lower. Primary for three weeks. Rack to keg and force carb or bottle. Enjoy this Stout! |
