6 lbs Briess Wheat DME
0.5 lbs Briess CaraWheat
1 lb Weyermann Dark Wheat
0.4 oz Warrior 16.7% a.a. (60 min)
1/2 tsp Yeast Nutrient

Directions

No mash, boil 60 minutes. Ferment 8 days at 68F, and secondary for 14 days at 40F. Force carbonated to 3.7 volumes CO2.
