Hydrometer Temperature Adjustment Table
How to use this table
This table is standardized for 59° F (15° C). The correction value should be added to specific gravity calculation. For example: If your wort temperature is 95 °F and your measured specific gravity is 1.040, then your standardized specific gravity reading would be equal to 1.0451 (1.040 + 0.0051).
