Ingredients

10.5 lbs German Wheat Malt
6 lbs Marris Otter
1.1 oz Czech Saaz 3.1% a.a. (90 min)
1.0 oz Czech Saaz 3.1% a.a. (60 min)
0.5 oz Czech Saaz 3.1% a.a. (15 min)
2 tsp Fermax nutrient
* 2L starter

Wyeast 3068

Water Treatment

2 tsp Gypsum

Directions

Decoction mash. Mash in at 114F for 30 minutes. Decoction 158F for 15 min. Second decoction 210F for 5 min. Sac rest 148F for 30 min. Mash out 160F for 30 min. Boil 90 minutes. Ferment 21 days at 62F, secondary for 10 days at 45F.
