0.25 lbs Munivh Malt

0.25 lbs Carapils Malt

33 gms Liberty Hop Pellets 4.7% AA - 18 IBU's

Step mash beginning at 130 F slowly raised to 154 F

Yeast: WLP 833 German Bock

Ferment at 50 F for 14 days

Diacetyl rest at 60 F for 3 days

Condition at 36 F for 3 weeks
