0.5 lbs Aromatic Malt

20 gms Northern Brewer 6.6% AA for 45 min

15 gms Vanguard 5.0% AA 15 min

Single decoction mash with rests at 135 F & 154 F

Mash in with 19 qts of 145 F and sparge with 22 qts of 170 F water

Yeast: WLP 300 White Labs Hefeweizen Yeast - Ferment @ 64 F for 7 days, secondary @ 64 for 14 days
