| 1 | White Labs WLP 830 German lager yeat 1 liter starter |
| .25 | Super-Moss, boil (11min) |
Use 1/3 Filtered tap water and 2/3 distilled water

Directions
Use a decoction mash
Mash in at 142ºF for 30 minutes
Raise Temp with boiling water to 148ºF for 30 minutes
Decoction 1 at 151ºF for 20 minutes
Decoction 2 at 158ºF for 20 minutes
Decoction 3 at 165ºF for 20 minutes
Ferment in primary for 11 days at 52ºF then condition 5 days in secondary at 36ºF and 10 days in tertiary at 36ºF
