Fermentation Lock

A one-way valve attached to a hole in the fermenter with a rubber bung or grommet.  The valve is filled with water, sanitizer, or grain alcohol, so that air from outside the fermenter cannot enter the fermenter, but carbon dioxide produced by the fermentation process can escape.
