Ingredients for 5 gallons

5 pounds American two-row malt
3 pounds dry light malt extract
.5 pound German light crystal malt
.5 pound Munich malt
.5 pound CaraPils malt
.5 ounce Perle hops, 7.4% AA (60 minutes)
1 ounce Tettnang hops, 5.2% AA (30 minutes)
.5 ounce Tettnang hops, 5.2% (15 minutes)
.5 ounce Tettnang hops, 5.2% (3 minutes)
  Wyeast No. 2007 Pilsen lager yeast
.75 cup corn sugar (to prime)

 

Original gravity: 1.042
Final gravity 1.013
Boiling time: 60 minutes
Primary fermentation: 14 days at 60 ºF in glass
Secondary fermentation: 34 days at 35 ºF in glass
Age when judged: 3  months

 

Notes

Mash grains at 155 ºF for 60 minutes.
