EBC Test

EBC test. (ee bee see tehst)

    A test to measure the colloidal stability of beer by storing it at 32 °F (0 °C) for one night, followed by forty-eight hours at 140 °F (60 °C) and another night at 32 °F (0 °C). The turbidity is then measured with a nephelometer in Formazin Turbidity Units (FTU) or EBC units.
