| .5 | ounce Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, 4.7% AA (10 minutes) |
| .5 | ounce Saaz hops, 4% AA (10 minutes) |
| .5 | ounce Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, 4.7% AA (2 minutes) |
| .5 | ounce Saaz hops, 4% AA (2 minutes) |

Notes
Mash grains at 125 ºF for 30 minutes. Raise temperature to 145-150 ºF for 15 minutes. Remove 2 pounds of mash. Boil for 10 minutes. Add back to the mash and raise temperature to 155-160 ºF for 40 minutes. Sparge with 170 ºF water.
