All Grain Recipe 10 Gallons

Final Specific Gravity: 1.015
Boil Time: 90 minutes

Ingredients

11.5 lbs US Two-Row Barley
3.5 lbs Munich Malt
2.25 lbs Toasted Oats (toast oats 1 hr at 350F)
1.5 lbs Extra Dark Crystal (120L)
2.25 oz Goldings Hops, 5.1% a.a. (90 min)
To taste Vanilla, Cinnamon, Cloves, Raisins, and Brown Sugar
*2L Starter

Directions

Boiled for 90 mins. Mashed at 151F for 45 mins. Add flavoring to secondary. Fermented 7 days at 68F, then spent 7 days in secondary at 35F. Forced carbonated to 2.3 volumes CO2
