Ingredients
| 11.5 lbs | US Two-Row Barley |
| 3.5 lbs | Munich Malt |
| 2.25 lbs | Toasted Oats (toast oats 1 hr at 350F) |
| 1.5 lbs | Extra Dark Crystal (120L) |
| 2.25 oz | Goldings Hops, 5.1% a.a. (90 min) |
| To taste | Vanilla, Cinnamon, Cloves, Raisins, and Brown Sugar |

Directions
Boiled for 90 mins. Mashed at 151F for 45 mins. Add flavoring to secondary. Fermented 7 days at 68F, then spent 7 days in secondary at 35F. Forced carbonated to 2.3 volumes CO2
