| Description of this Beer |
| A great IPA with a pretty standard IPA recipe, except for one twist: the yeast is a Belgian-style strain that ferments well in the mid to high 70's. |

| Irish Moss or Whirlfloc in the boil. If desired, gelatin or polyclar can be used in the keg or fermenter. |

| Type of Yeast (e.g. Wyeast 1056, White Labs WLP001) | Amount Pitched |
| Wyeast 3864 - Canadian/Belgian Style, which is said to be the same strain used by Unibroue. Theorhetically you could just culture some yeast from a bottle of Blance de Chambly or another Unibrou beer. | 1L stir-plate starter |
| Directions |
| Include mash temps/times, boil times, fermentation temps/duration, etc. |
|
Mash at 149 for 60 min
Boil for 90 minutes
Ferment in the mid-to-high 70's. Trust me, this yeast strain can take it. |
