Caramunich Malt

CaraMunich malt. (kae-ruh-myoo'-nik mohlt')

    Crystal malt that produces a subtle toasted flavor and some residual caramel sweetness in beers. Darker and more robust than CaraVienna malt Also called: Belgian CaraMunich.
