Ingredients

3 lbs Wheat DME
5 lbs Pilsner Malt
9 lbs Munich Malt
2 lbs CaraMunich
2 oz Hallertauer 4.4% a.a. (90 mins)
1 oz Hallertauer 4.4% a.a. (15 mins)

Directions

Mashed at 153F for 1 hour. 2 tbsp Irish Moss used to fining. Fermented at 51F for 20 days, racked to secondary, and fermented another 21 days at 51F. Forced carbonated to 2.5 volumes CO2.
