Blonde Annie's (Gluten Free)

Note: This recipe contains oats. Most commercially available oats are processed with wheat in the factory and are therefore not recommended for a gluten free diet. However, there are certain gluten-free brands of oatmeal that are available.


Ingredients for 5 gal (extract)


2 cups GF whole oats (roast at 350 for 25-30 min, then steep at 155 for 30 min)
6 lbs light sorghum syrup (at 60 min)
1 cup malto dextrin (at 60 min)
1 oz cascade (at 60 min)

1.5 lbs (2 cups) honey (at 45 min)

0.75 lbs (1 cup) honey (at 15 min)

1 oz cascade (at 2 min)

.5 oz amarillo (dry hop)

1 pkg Fermentis Safale US-05 dry yeast
