| Description of this Beer |
| This is my "house" APA. After five iterations I've pretty much worked out all the kinks, and this beer has placed in the 38-44 range in several comps. The late hop additions might look confusing, but it's just a 4:2:1 blend of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Cascade, with equal doses at 20, 15, 10, and 5 minutes. |
