Description of this Beer
This is my "house" APA. After five iterations I've pretty much worked out all the kinks, and this beer has placed in the 38-44 range in several comps. The late hop additions might look confusing, but it's just a 4:2:1 blend of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Cascade, with equal doses at 20, 15, 10, and 5 minutes.

Mash In - Liquor: 3.9 gal; Strike: 77.21 °C; Target: 67.0 °C

Rest - Rest: 60 min; Final: 66.1 °C

Batch Sparge - Sparge #1: 2.23 gal sparge @ 85.0 °C, 5 min; Sparge #2: 2.23 gal sparge @ 85.0 °C, 5 min; Total Runoff: 6.85 gal

14-day dry hop. Fermented at 66°F.
