7.0 lb       (3.18 kg) Maris Otter malt

7.0 lb       (3.18 kg) light malt extract

1.25 lb     (0.57 kg) black malt

1.25 lb     (0.57 kg) roasted barley

0.5 lb       (227 g) chocolate malt

1.0 lb       (0.45 kg) flaked barley

2.3 oz      (65 g) Pacific Gem whole hops, 15% a.a. (45 min)

0.6 oz      (17 g) Magnum pellet hops,
14% a.a. (45 min)

1.1 oz      (31 g) Centennial pellet hops, 9.2% a.a. (45 min)

1.5 oz      (42 g) Columbus pellet hops, 14% a.a. (30 min)

Wyeast No. 1728 Scottish ale yeast

Forced CO2 to carbonate

Final Specific Gravity: 1.040
