Ale Nog. (eiyl' nag')

    A cocktail. One recipe suggests 1 liter of ale, 4 coffeespoons of milk, 100 grams of sugar, 8 egg yolks, and nutmeg. The egg yolks and sugar are mixed and beaten; the ale is poured in slowly while still beating, and last the nutmeg is added for flavor.
